Colours of cushions
We just would like to tell you that a big part of the fabrics we use are products made by local people or bought at local markets.
So please understand that colours and designs shown on this website may have some differences in colour and design upon delivery and reordering. Any imperfections found in this product reflect the character of the hand crafter process and should not be considered as a fault.
The solid fabrics who are mostly factory products we can guarantee you the colours by exception off the hemp which is a natural product.

Sizing of cushions
All sizes and measurements given in this catalogue are the standard traditional sizes as made by the local hands in the North of Thailand and Hill tribes. Due to this fact that every every product that are made by hand and every worker has his own hand small differences in the sizes are impossible to avoid.
To the wish off our customer we make also non-standard sizes but that only after consulting us and agreement about the price.

Double stitching and quality control of cushions
Every item that leaves the warehouse, is double stitched to give you the maximum life out of the your product, we want you to enjoy the cushions for a long time to come. And before packing every single item is rigorously checked to our high quality control standards.

Returns
Because of the costs involved in the shipping of these goods, we are unable to offer a returns policy and goods are bought as seen but we can E-mail photos direct to you of the specific goods if you are concerned about the quality or craftsman differences.

Delivery
Please allow at least one month for delivery of your new triangle cushion, if you have ordered a special colour that is not currently in stock, then delivery time may be extended to around 6 weeks.

Free Silk Scarf
All silk scarves are genuine Thailand handmade silk. The price of £15 is the recommended retail price from our supplier, colours may vary.

Delivery address
Prices, (stated in GBP), include delivery to Great Britain and Northern Island only. Goods are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation of received funds, but please allow at least one month for delivery. If the cushion you request is not in stock then it may take an extra 2 weeks to deliver your cushion, as each one is handmade, but one of our sales executives will contact you directly. If you require delivery to an alternative country please contact us for a direct quote.

Loss of goods in transit
Unfortunately we are unable to accept any responsibility for loss of good in transit to the destination
